Yoga to Relax and Sleep With Fightmaster Yoga

Yoga to Relax and Sleep is designed to help you to unwind and rest. Every day is filled with stress from work, family, school and other responsibilities. Our bodies and nervous systems are constantly thrown into the state of "fight and flight." Our breathing rate increases and blood is cut off from our digestive system is sent to the arms and legs so that we can fight or run away from the perceived threat. We become more aware and sharper…we view our environment as a dangerous place. We start to live in fear of being attacked. Our rational mind begins to be clouded by fear and we cannot focus on love. If we're in a constant state of stress we move from one crisis to the next without the ability to enjoy the moment. Our health will begin to deteriorate over time because the stress continues and doesn't come to a healthy resolution. We may experience headaches, insomnia, depression, auto-immune disorders and other proplems. Yoga to relax and sleep helps to release the stress induced by this fight or flight response. The breathing begins to slow down and our blood flow returns to important functions like digestion. We begin to let go of the stresses in our lives so that we can relax and enjoy the moment and so that we can get a good night's sleep!
