Yoga HIIT for Core With Fightmaster Yoga

HIIT Yoga for Core is a calorie burning class! Thank you to Annie Heath and Kaitybubbly for requesting more HIIT. If you have yoga blocks, get two blocks. If not, you can use thick books…take your phone book, put piece of cardboard in the middle and duct tape all around so the pages won't open. Large canned goods work too. As always, listen to your body and rest whenever you need to…you can always push the pause button. This video has some fast parts for cardio!
