Free Yoga Class Vinyasa Yoga to Twist, Detox and Purify With Fightmaster Yoga

Toxins are collected in the body from the environment and the food we eat. Our bodies have natural systems to detox and yoga helps to enhance these systems. We use Tapas (which is a Sanskrit word that means to burn) along with twisting and Oujai Pranayama. Twisting promotes the "squeeze and soak" response in the body. Like a kitchen sponge, the toxins are wrung out and fresh oxygenated blood flows into the organs. This is a great practice after overindulging in food or drink…great for the holiday season!
